IPTV Refund Policy

Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the Support section.

Claims must be clear and acceptable.

  • If your Internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our IPTV services and request a refund.
  • The IDEALIPTV team is always ready to help 24/7. If you cannot install the IPTV service on the devices you have for any reason, there will be no refund. Please consult and learn the Tutorials needed to install IPTV.
  • If you have made a mistake in selecting the service and making the payment, you can find a ticket in the Support section entitled Create. Our support team will review, accept and process the refund payment.
  • If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
